1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or participating in Play Squash Academy programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Programs & Services

PSA provides:

  • Private lessons
  • Junior and adult clinics
  • Match play & ladder programs
  • Camps (day & overnight)
  • Tournaments and events

Programs are subject to availability and may be modified.

C. Usage Data (Website)

We automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser/device type
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referral sources

3. Registration & Payments

A. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required prior to participation
  • Lesson packages are non-transferable unless approved

B. Pricing

  • Pricing varies by coach, program, and location
  • Non-member surcharges may apply

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lessons & Clinics

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellation
  • Late cancellations may be charged in full

Camps

  • Refunds may be available if canceled in advance (typically 7–14 days prior)
  • No refunds for missed days

Tournaments

  • Subject to individual event policies

5. Attendance Policy

Participants are expected to:

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early
  • Be prepared for sessions

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Demonstrate sportsmanship
  • Respect coaches, staff, and other players
  • Follow facility rules

PSA reserves the right to suspend or remove participants for misconduct.

7. Health & Safety

  • Participants must disclose injuries or medical conditions
  • PSA may restrict participation if safety is a concern

8. Limitation of Liability

PSA is not responsible for:

  • Injuries sustained during participation
  • Lost or stolen personal belongings

Participation is at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Facilities

Programs may take place at partner venues (e.g., OneLife Fitness, Columbia location).
Participants must comply with those facility rules.

10. Intellectual Property

All PSA content (logos, materials, media) is protected and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of services is also governed by the Play Squash Academy Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

PSA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • State of Maryland
  • State of Virginia
