This winter, we are offering our acclaimed winter squash camps during the primary holiday break. Choose the week and the location that works best for your family.

A Day of Growth & Fun: Sample Daily Schedule

Here’s a look at how we structure our 4-hour camp day to maximize skill development and enjoyment.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Prep

Focus on agility, dynamic stretching, and preparing the body for a day of squash training. We establish the day's core objectives.

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Technical Skill Development

Coaches lead focused drills on core techniques: racquet preparation, swing mechanics, footwork patterns, and shot selection.

12:00 PM – 12:15 PM

Refuel & Strategy Break

A necessary pause for players to hydrate, have a snack, and socialize.

12:15 PM – 01:30 PM

Match Play & Tactical Application

Players engage in supervised matches and point play, where coaches provide real-time feedback on strategy, court positioning, and decision-making.

01:30 PM – 02:00 PM

Cool-Down & Coach Debrief

Essential post-play stretching and a final huddle where coaches reinforce the day’s lessons and provide encouragement for future improvement.

Who Should Attend
Our Winter Squash Camps?

Our camps are designed to provide immense value for two key groups of players:

The Newcomer (Ages 7-14)

Perfect for kids who are new to squash or have played very little. We focus on making the sport fun and accessible, teaching strong fundamentals from the very first day. It’s the ideal introduction to the game.

The Developing Player (Ages 9-16)

For players with prior experience, including school team members or those in our regular programs. This camp is a perfect opportunity to refine technique, address weaknesses, and get concentrated coaching to elevate their game before the new year.
