Lesson & Program Policies – Play Squash Academy
At Play Squash Academy, we are committed to providing exceptional squash instruction and a seamless experience for all our clients. Please review our policies below to ensure clarity and transparency regarding scheduling, cancellations, refunds, and package usage.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid forfeiting a scheduled session, clients must notify Play Squash Academy at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson, clinic, or match play. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full session charge. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible, subject to coach and court availability.
Refund & Expiration Policy
- All lesson, clinic, and match play packages are non-refundable.
- Packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited.
- This policy ensures scheduling consistency, allowing us to continue offering high-quality coaching at competitive rates.
Complimentary Introductory Lesson
For new clients, we offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory lesson to introduce you to our coaching team and training philosophy. This session is provided in good faith, with the hope that you will enjoy your experience and consider enrolling in additional programming.
