Play Squash Academy Squash Lessons

Play Squash Academy is very excited to launch a new Training Program for dedicated Junior players. With so much talent at Play Squash Academy, we recognize the need to nurture these young players in new ways that are goal oriented. We are aiming to provide the quality and consistency necessary to cultivate a promising squash player’s potential for college recruitment.

To move on a path toward this goal, we need to pay attention to the long term athletic development of Junior Players by ensuring that balance, strength, fitness and mobility work together for their physical and mental health. Beyond those foundational, lifelong assets – we will develop them as intuitive squash players by presenting game scenarios with coaching and constructive criticism during on court sessions, including clinics and match play sessions.

We are offering two focused levels of training
