Junior Tournaments

College Squash Recruiting Showcases

Play Squash Academy is pleased to collaborate with US Squash and the College Squash Association (CSA) in offering regional College Squash Recruiting Showcases on Saturday, October 31 and Saturday, November 14! These special one-day showcases will enable varsity college coaches to remotely view high school players in competitive matches, for recruiting purposes. Matches will also count towards players’ US Squash ratings.

Registration in our showcases and tournaments is available on a first-come, first-served basis (be sure to register before the deadlines!) The number of showcase players will be limited based on club guidelines and court capacity.
 

For the college showcases, each player will play a minimum of two matches. Matches will be live-streamed and recorded through “Club Locker”. Varsity college coaches will be able to access the video content. Players will be provided with a private video playlist of their matches which can be used to support outreach to college coaches.

The showcases will be closed to high school players, with limited occupancy at each session based on governmental COVID-19 guidelines and club regulations. Our McLean and Tysons clubs qualified to offer the showcases and tournaments by demonstrating adherence to US Squash’s guidelines for risk mitigation including air circulation and filtration, surface sanitization, entry/exit and occupancy limits, and social distancing protocols. US Squash and CSA will communicate and enforce all recruiting rules and protocols during the showcases.
